The Role of Educators
“Stand aside for a while and leave room for learning, observe carefully what children do, and then, if you have understood well, perhaps teaching will be different from before.”- by Loris Malaguzzi. We are to provoke children’s ideas, model questioning and researching attitudes, and listen.
Our Educators
All our Educators share the common love of working with children and helping them to learn and grow from new experiences every day. Each staff member undergoes background checks, drug screenings and CPR/First Aid training, to ensure the health and safety of each child. Every staff member also participates in a minimum of 20 continuing education training hours each year, which cover a variety of topics.
