Mr. Brandon
I am the teacher in The Zoo classroom. So I guess that would make me the Zoo Keeper. I consider myself a lucky person I get to say "I love my job". Every day I get to teach a group of students and watch them learn and grow. And even though I am the teacher I feel that I learn every day from them. I find this to be so rewarding, fulfilling and fun. The biggest joy in my life (besides my wife) is my little girl. I am truly blessed to be a father. This Spring I will be enrolling in the Early Education Program at Ivy Tech.

Ms. Johanna
Hola, I have been a member of The Kid Angles staff for over three years, mainly working with infants/toddlers in The Monkey House. I am married and recently my husband and I welcomed our third chiId. Working here has allowed me to watch my own children grow and develop skills they will need in everyday life. I received my CDA while working at Kid Angles. My primary language is Espanol and I enjoy teaching it to the students. Being a part of an infant’s development brings me great joy. I hope to experience this for years to come.

Ms. Jessica
I currently work in The Butterfly Bungalow. When I started working at Kid Angles in 2010, I worked in several classes then eventually found my home in the Butterfly Bungalow where I love it! When it comes to play activities, the messier the better! I am learning as much from my students as they are from me. I have a four year-old who attends Kid Angles and she loves it here. I recently became engaged and am looking forward to planning my wedding.

Ms. Kelli
Food Coordinator
I have been a with Kid Angles for over 20 years. During those 20 years I have worked with all age groups. This year I am excited to have one of my former Kid Angles' students back not as a student but now as a Parent. My next generation of students has begun. I currently am the Food Coordinator. I enjoy providing snacks and meals that are nutrious and healthy. I get the biggest kick watching a child try a new food or meal that may be new to them. Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss but either way the students are never shy about letting me know if they like or don't like something I have fixed. "You never know if you don't try it." I am a certified in "Safe Serve Food Handling" and also have my Associates Degree in Early Education.

Ms.Lisa
I have been an employee of Kid Angles for approximately three and a half years. Currently, I am teaching in The Meadow. I graduated from Mitchell High School and am working on obtaining my Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Ivy Tech. I enjoy being with children. Watching them grow and learn day by day is truly a joy! I recently became a mother to a beautiful baby girl, and look forward to watching her learn and grow too!

Ms. Mary
I have worked at Kid Angles for four years now and love what I do! I am a 2006 graduate of Indiana State University with a Bachelors Degree in Child Development and Family Life. I have worked with different age groups including pre threes, toddlers, and infants! Currently I am a teacher in The Pond. I am also mother to a daughter who has attended Kid Angles since she was an infant. My husband and I just welcomed our second daughter to our family. Kid Angles not only gives my daughters a great learning environment it also gives them an extended family. The rewards of watching a child grow each day while in my care is what I love.

Ms. Raisa
I am Ms. Raisa and I am Lead Toddler Teacher in theThe Butterfly Bungalow. “I LOVE my TODDLERS!” They are so much fun. Every day is a new adventure. Watching them gain their balancing skills while they socially learn to get along with their classmates is an exciting time. I have always known that I have wanted to teach children. I am enrolled at Ivy Tech where I am working on my Early Education Associate Degree. This past year I got married to the love of my life and am looking forward to the day when we will be starting our own family. Till then I get to give all my Love to my Kid Angles Kids.
Ms. Tonya
I have been part of the Kid Angles family since 2005. I am one of the teachers in The Monkey House. I have six years of experience in our infant/toddler program, but have taught with every age group. I am also a mother of two energetic boys and have watched them develop and grow at Kid Angles. Along with my hands on experience I also obtained a CDA certificate. The tools and skills that I have accumulated over the years have helped me prepare my students for their next developmental stage in their growth. I find working with children to be a very enjoyable and satisfying experience.

Ms.Wanda
I've been in professional childcare since 1991. The first time I became a Mom was in 1989 and I had my last child in 2009. I obtained my CDA in 2001. I am currently one of The Monkey House Teachers. I've taught many students during my professional years and all have left lasting impressions on me. In fact, I can’t believe that some of my past students are now in college because in my mind I will always see them as little. What I love most about my career is simple, how many jobs encourage you to get on the floor, act as silly as you want and get smiles and squeals summoning you for more?..I find this absolutely priceless.

Ms.Tricia
I am the lead teacher in The Barn Yard. I am married and the mother of three active boys and recently returned from maternity leave where I became the mother of a new little girl. I have been part of the Kid Angles family since 2009. Working as the lead teacher in the Barn Yard is such a treat and the children have inspired me to continue and grow right along with them. My students have been my motivation to return to Ivy Tech in the spring with the plan to continue my studies in Early Education. I am an active member at Chapel on the Hill where I enjoy being a Sunday school teacher.

Ms. Toni
I am a teacher in The Pond. I am originally from Indianapolis and am a graduate of Purdue University. I moved to Bloomington to marry my husband and live while he finishes his IU education. I have been at Kid Angles since 2008. While teaching at Kid Angles I obtained my CDA and am currently a student at Ivy Tech. I just recently experienced graduating my first class of students. Off to Kindergarten they went..it was a happy and sad time. I am really excited to be with my new group of 2 year olds.

Ms. Emily
Adminstrative Assistant
I am a graduate of Grace College with a Bachelor of Science in youth Ministry and Counseling. Currently, I am Administrative Assistant to the Directors. My job tasks range anywhere from organizing staff training, food program, new family tours, classroom substitute and anywhere my skills are needed. I love the variety and ever changing day of my job. Prior to this position I worked for over a year as one of the lead teachers in the Barn Yard. I love the flexibility my job allows me. I get to know all the Kid Angles’ students and their families. When I’m not with my Kid Angles’ family, I am an active member of River’s Edge Church where I am involved with helping the children’s ministry and youth activities. I also enjoy reading, scrapbooking, crafting, geocaching and just hanging with my hubby.

Ms. Grace (Teacher Aide)
I am a graduate of Bloomington South High School, and have been a Teacher Aide at Kid Angles for a little over a year and a half. I have spent most of my time in The Monkey House. I am currently enrolled at Indiana University as a Pre-Med/Molecular Biology student. I love playing the cello, and I also enjoy speaking and teaching the kids German. While I really enjoy my schooling, I always look forward to the time when I get to come and work with all of these wonderful students. My work at Kid Angles has provided me with invaluable experiences that will be useful for the rest of my life, and the ability to teach these brilliant young children has been one of the most rewarding and interesting things I've done in my eighteen years.
