Information
Children are eligible for enrollment at Kid Angles if they are between the ages of six weeks and six years of age. Prior to enrollment, you must provide a copy of a birth certificate as well as up-to-date immunizations and a Child Health Record Form completed by a physician.
We have several forms that are required for enrollment which can be found on this site, or at the Kid Angles office. See Tuition Rates for student fees. Our Calendar is located under "What's Happening" tab.
Kid Angles participates in the CACFP Food Program, the State Voucher Program and the State Program Paths to Quality (PTQ).
